The initiative “Volunteering is SUPER COOL!” aims at providing opportunities for young people in the Shumen region to get actively involved in volunteering initiatives, while the project also supports ideas initiated by young people themselves. 

Under “Volunteering is SUPER COOL!” with supported dozens of events involving the youth of Shumen, and thanks to this initiative, Podobri Foundation became the winner in the category “Organization that carried out a volunteer initiative” in the annual awards for volunteering of the Ministry of Youth and Sports – “Volunteer mission – (im)possible!”.

The initiative “Volunteering is SUPER COOL!” took place within the project “Rights and Values” and was funded by the European Union and the “Workshop for Civic Initiatives” Foundation (WCIF). Partners in individual activities are Shumen Municipal Youth Council, Shumen Municipality and Municipal Youth Home – Shumen.
